• All prices are net per person per day, valid for youth groups
• Accommodation is in bungalows, lodges or mobile homes for 4-8 persons
• All bungalows and mobile homes are equipped with shower / WC; most also have a kitchenette
• All restaurants offer an amplified buffet breakfast
• The tax is not included in the price and amounts to EUR 0.50 to 1.00 per person per day and must be paid cash on the spot
• Bed linen is not included and will be charged extra for Euro 6-10 for each exchange
• The final cleaning of the bungalow or mobile homes is included in the price, but they have to be consigned swept clean and orderly. Kitchenette and dishes must be left cleaned.
• The deposit is Euro 15-20 per person and must be deposited upon arrival
• Air conditioners can - where available - be rented for a fee
• A wireless Internet access is available in most systems, however, there may be a charge
• All facilities are equipped with a restaurant and a mini market
• All facilities are equipped with a swimming pool which can be used free of charge

Terms and conditions

Payment conditions: If not fixed otherwise 30% payable at the moment of your booking and the rest of the payment within 15 days before the arrival of your group. Cancellation policy: If not fixed otherwise a. 25% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs within 30 to 15 days before arrival b. 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs within 14 to 8 days before arrival c. 100% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs even later Other: The name of the booked holiday village will be communicated ca. two weeks before the arrival of the group. IHZ may replace at any time, if necessary and owning to causes beyond control, the confirmed facility with another, of course at the least with similar features in order to meet the reservation (classification, location, services and quotation remain as in the initial request and confirmation). Every change will be communicated in due time. Complaints must be communicated to the IHZ or to the direction of the facility while staying in order to give us the possibility of intervention to solve the issue on the spot. Any complaints after the departure will not be taken into consideration. IHZ will not accept any cancellation due to bad reviews on the internet. In such cases our cancellation policy (see above) will be applied.
